Year 1877 Japanese Preggo Dolls

So, I was doing a little research for a trend report I am putting out and stumbled across these amazingly weird fascinating dolls ... Apparently they were exhibited in Japan along side side-shows and used to evoke wonder and satiate
deep curiosity for the mysteries of life in the high brow humans of late 19th century. They are strangely eerily beautiful.. I had to share them.

Speaking of Japan, this song was given to me as a gift from a dear friend not too long ago. Please take a listen.. It too is eerily beautiful. The artist is Masumi Hara ๅŽŸใƒžใ‚นใƒŸ and the song is Yume No Yonbai.
