White Sun Of The Desert
Although this is a Russian cult classic, it touches on some of the realities brought to light during the civil war in Russian Asia. This 1969 film takes place along the Caspian Sea and current day Turkmenistan.
This has set me into a tale-spin! All of a sudden I am going crazy for Uzbekistan and the art and artists of this era!!! Cant wait to share updates!
